Do you feel as if your mind is a never-ending maze of confusion? Does it feel tangled and rigid? What would happen if you were to intentionally slow your brain waves down and soften your thoughts? What if you were to harmonize your breath with your thought patterns? Does it start to feel less like a maze and more fluid?
When we don't have control over our minds, they can be filled with dead ends, barriers and a sense of being lost. However, when you consciously rewire your mind—you start to receive clarity and feel a sense of freedom. If you want to escape the maze of your mind there are many techniques to help you.
To begin with, start by being gentle and forgiving with yourself. Think of your mind as a computer and start observing your thoughts and beliefs as files that need to be upgraded. It helps to visualize your thoughts as passing clouds. Release the attachment to your old programming and stories so that you can incrementally rewrite your inner narrative. Repetition is the fastest way to reprogram your mind and achieve mental peace.
Practices such as Qi Gong, guided meditation, healing frequencies and breath work also help to organize your mind. Spending more time in nature, using daily affirmations, decluttering your environment and being more aware of who you spend time with are other ways to help navigate the maze of your mind. Self-hypnosis and subconscious reprogramming are available on YouTube. It's all about repetition, commitment, patience and daily shifts that will allow you to dissolve your mental barriers so that you can achieve mental stillness.
With love, Kate
