Peace in Polarity

Everything in nature is energy and the grid consists of dark force and light force. We need polarity to have contrast because the more polarized forces are, the more energy they generate. This means that we have the ability to stay calm in the chaos—and at peace within polarity.

Have you ever had a painful or challenging experience that you perceived as "bad?" Later on did you then perceive that same experience as a catalyst or a valuable lesson? When we stop resisting and judging, we allow for peaceful observation. The idea is to witness polarized energies, without matching incoherent vibrational states.

Regardless of the natural highs and lows of life, you can choose to focus your time, awareness, and energy on your inner spark. Essentially, you learn to turn down the noise and tune out lower frequencies. This is preservation of vital life force energy. This is emotional intelligence, cognitive discipline, spiritual evolution, and quantum awareness. The phrase, "never let them dull their shine" is exactly what this is. We have the ability to generate electric internal energy so that we become more resilient to outside forces—may the force be with you!
