Fear is a frequency. When you observe it as energy, you gain the ability to transmute it. You're able to take a step back, disarm it's power and convert it into fuel. Are there areas of your life where you are experiencing fear?
It's easy to get trapped in a state of fear, especially when you don't have any tools or techniques to minimize it's impact on your mind, body and emotions. Are you ready to regain some control over your life and release the fear that is creating blockages in your life?
The next time you're in a lower state of fear, start focusing on your breathing pattern. Breathe more intentionally and instruct the breath to release the vibration of fear. Get yourself grounded in nature, change your body language, elevate your perspective and upgrade your personal narrative. When you tell a new story, you create a new energy. When we shift the energy, we can influence the outcome of what is causing us fear. Interpret fear as fuel to your inner fire!
