Talking Gratitude

Many of us are aware that gratitude is a powerful state to be in to align with receiving something from the Universe—however, how many of us have a daily gratitude practice? How many of us incorporate a talking gratitude and completely embody the emotions of what we desire?

If you want to strengthen your gratitude practice then head into nature every morning for the next week so that this becomes habitual. You can try this in your backyard, a nearby park, the beach or any place that is quiet and feels nourishing for your soul. Leave your stress behind as you do this.

You can start by doing a short meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga or breathwork to help you drop into the moment and be fully present. Then close your eyes and visualize what you want to attract in your life and experience the emotions of already having it. Now say out loud, "I am so happy and grateful that I am a vibrational match for...." and fill in what it is you want to manifest. The key here is to feel in your heart and believe in your mind that you already have it. You can also say, "Thank you for my abundance. Thank you for my freedom. Thank you for the loving relationships in my life" or whatever resonates for you.

Our words are codes that are projected into the quantum field and when we fuel intentions with emotion—we have created the golden elixir of manifesting. By giving gratitude for things that have not manifested yet, we are signaling to the Universe that we already have received our desires and the Law of Attraction responds by delivering those things to us. So try vocalizing your gratitude and allowing your imagination to run free as you fill up with joy, inner peace and fulfillment. Your heightened frequency will magnetize what you vibrationally align with—so speak what you seek, until you see what you said!
